FAMILY FUN DAY SAT 26 JULY

Friends of Avery Hill Park were delighted their Family Fun Day  on Saturday 26 July was a huge success.  About 1,000 people turned up in glorious sunny weather for FUN!

Thanks to great:

• Singing performances from Elderado Musical Productions and Bromley Players
  
• Craft workshops and guided tours by the University in the Winter Garden
  
• Football fun games by Charlton Athletic Community Trust
  
• Golf pro sessions by Royal Blackheath Golf Club
  
• A dog show with help from the Rottweiler Association
  
• A Family Fun-run
  
• Twenty community stalls, bouncy castles and face painting
  
• Judo displays from Edo Judo Kwai
  
• 'Animal Days Out's exotic animal zoo and Willow Wildlife Rescue
  
• Change4Life healthy eating roadshow.
